Petra is a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at EY Belgrade where she has transferred from the Czech practice in October 2015. She has more than 7 years of experience of executing transaction support projects for strategic and financial investors in Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Croatia and Serbia helping them to identify potential risks and value drivers together with issues to be addressed in SPA and areas for post-acquisition attention and integration (acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, joint venture projects, carve out situations, refinancing projects, completion accounts and locked box mechanisms).
Petra is of Czech origin and speaks fluent English and French and intermediate Serbian.
