Advocating the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry in Serbia
Mr. Branimir Gajić is a member of SEAF, a global investment management group (>$700 million), headquartered in Washington DC (as of December 2014, SEAF made approximately 400 investments throughout 35 countries worldwide). Mr. Gajić currently serves as the Investment Director of SEAF Opportunity Serbia Fund, a private equity fund based in Belgrade. Prior to SEAF, he held the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at the West Group Holding Companies. He also held a managerial position at Deloitte and was engaged as a consultant for many renowned companies and funds, such as Ashmore Asset Management Limited (UK) and Prudential Financial (US). Furthermore, he served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a Financial Advisor to BIP, the largest Serbian beer producing company, and acted as a consultant for the Privatization Agency of Serbia.
Branimir Gajić earned a bachelor’s degree with high honors from Wichita State University (US) and is currently concluding the work on his Master Thesis at University of Belgrade. Likewise, he attained several professional designations, including Series 6 and Series 63.
Mr. Gajić is fluent in English and Serbian.
